hello.... newbie loving SW and Minimins
new to all this and thought I would say hi :) Been on and off SW since 2006. I lost my 6 stone. then over time put a little on (work got in way) got it back down again and again....
Used to do Red/Green but loving extra easy. I am now nearing target weight (7lb to go) and well focused.
Kept stumbling over this forum when looking for recipes (you guys have great ideas!). I love to cook! Thats why I find SW is best for me its just healthy.
Anyway 6 stone 6lb down so getting there!
