    Hi everyone hope your all ok and i was just wondering if any has any ideas what i can do with low fat natural yoghurt?

    I dip a banana in ff natural youghurt, put it in the freezer and it tastes like a mini milk ice lolly!..............well I think it does anyway!

    Welcome Cazzie, I have to say that I prefer the Activia 0% flavoured yogurts more, I put grapes in mine or as Vic said I dip bananas in them.
    something you could do is grate an apple into your natural yogurt. Let us know what you decide on
