New Member - Doing the 2 day diet! :)

Hi All,

Just wanted to say a massive hello to everyone. Hoping this site will help keep me on track with my weightloss. Started yesterday as I booked a 3 week holiday to Thaliand :) So trying to shift the weight i've hated FOREVER!

Want to loss 3 stone and doing the 2 day diet. Heard good things about the health benefits.

Anyone else doing it?
