    Hello all I am a busy working mum of 3 who has joined sw last week for about the 5th time lol,I hope to stick too it this time id like to lose about 4 stone,but taking it 1 stone at a time,I hope to get great support on here as you all seem very helpful,I have been a lurker on the site for about 2 years now.Its my 1st weigh in tonight so fingers crossed x

    Thank you, I have stuck rigidly to EE on SW and it has worked wonders, I'm down 2 sizes in trousers (almost) and nearly 2st gone (almost) we will see after tonight's WI
