    Smile NEWBIE!! HELLO!!

    Hi
    Ive been doing slimming world for 2 weeks now and to be honest ive not found it the easiest, i lost 2and a half ponds the first week then maintained this week (2 meals out :-() My main problem is im not the best cook and a bit of a funny eater. I also dont seem to find the time to plan, i do shifts and look after my nan a lot so need quick and easy meals most of the time. Im glad i found this site im looking for recipe inspirations and easy packed lunches (only have access to a kettle and microwave in work).

    I also am just started and just have a microwave and kettle at work! I am having mug shot noodle and sweet corn a bit of sw quiche I make the night before and heat in microwave, some fruit and a mullerlight keeps me going till dinner! Need to change it up though lol! good luck!

    Hi! I'm on slimming World too and have found that doing body magic along with my diet had helped tonnes! Even if its just walking to the shop rather than dieting! Maybe ask about body magic when you next go to SW xx

    Hi Colette, I'm doing SW and have found that as long as you try to have main meals prepped properly the snacks can be simple an omlette for lunch or beans on toast both are great for lunch and all free on EE are you doiong Extra Easy or the green and red? keep us informed and we will try to help you along the way
