One question...I have a massive Nutella addiction! How can I spread out the 4 syns per spoonful?? Xxx

Welcome to the site.. as for the nutella addiction id say use your hexb on wholemeal toast and spread your tbsp of nutella on both? 4 syns is quite good espesh for the choccy fix. Just be sure the measure it at a level tbsp.
