Hello I'm rozie I'm new hear
I will be starting slim and save diet friday need to lose 5 and a halfish stone failed so many diets in the past but I'm hoping to stick to this with support and motivation and from what I read minimins is a fab forum! So that's me

I hope you succeed. If not please contact me. I can help you depending on how badly you want to lose weight and be healthy. It changed my life completely, I am sure it would help you too. By fall you could have a slim but most importantly a healthy body.

Hi thank you guys
I'm really excited about starting lol but this time next week I'll probs be in a horrid mood getting used to the diet gotta be strong this time and not give in when things get hard and self sabotage by eating a family size bag of crisps think my plan of action is to set realistic goals and a treat when reached such as nails done, facial ect xx
