    Newbie!

    Hi all

    Just thought I'd as hello!

    Have done a number of diets over the years, nearly all unsuccessful! Had a great weigh loss with Cambridge bu have put it all back on. Currently attending David LloydLose and Shape up, And also signed up to a dietbet (but don't think I'll meet the target!)

    Been reading lots of the posts and using them to get motivated!
