Hello from a diet pro
I'm Kayleigh and I am a serial dieter. I have been coming on minimins on and off for the last couple of months as this is the first time I have tried calorie counting by myself and must say I am missing the support you get from WW/SW, Cambridge, LighterLife etc.
I was using the My fitness pal forums for a little while but there's so much bogus science on there that I couldn't stand it!
I am also going to the gym through a GP referral scheme, and in September will be starting a programme called 'Lighten Up' which is a 12 week NHS weight loss group.
As you can see from my stats I've not lost much at all, so I'm hoping getting involved on this forum will keep my calorie counting a little more on track.

hiya :) as long as its going down its going the right way :) slowly is supposed to be healthy... so they say. I get annoyed with bogus science as well. I'm a psychology student and I spend a lot of my day looking at research.
