Hi All.. New to forums, so hoping I don't get lost on here..
Mother to 16 month old daughter.. Gained 3.5stone during my pregnancy, so far have only lost 2stone.. The rest has stuck like glue..
Have become a bit of a convenience eater since having my daughter, a lot of take away's, so trying to reeducate myself on eating well.. Terrified of exercise as i feel self conscience.. Started Slimming World diet but am not attending classes, as tried before and used to disappear after weigh ins. Now my husband is going to weigh me weekly.. Much more embarrassing!.. Hopefully give me the drive to go forward!..
10% target.. To lose 1st 10lbs.. I'm 5'8.. wear Size 16/ more 18 and currently weigh 14st 10lbs.. Well as of last week, looking like a good loss this week tho.. Total weight loss target.. 2stone 3lbs.. Would love to be in the 12st bracket again..
Would love advice and support from anyone on a similar journey..
