Hi guys,
I am new to this but I have finally started to take proper action and get myself down to a healthy weight. I have alot to loose but at the moment I am feeling very determined. Weighed myself today for the first time in absolute years (340.5lbs) and I am hoping by cutting out some of the bad stuff and doing more exercise I will get myself down quick enough. I have been a member of a gym and was very good for a month but then stopped going and have not been in a long time although I do still pay monthly membership :rolleyes:
Anyone with any good tips or ideas please send them my way :)

Hello,have a good nose round here & see what diet/plan suits you.

I'm doing Slimming World for the first time & loving it,I don't do too much in the way of exercise,abit of walking.Have mainly been concentrating on changing my food habits.Being on here helps,motivation wise.

I'd say have a good look round this site & keep posting.It does become addictive though ;)
