Looking for some help has anyone tried the 5:2 diet where you eat normally for 5 days and the 2 days you have 500cals, if so what are your results good or bad?
Also I'm thinking I've doing that but changing it a bit and having 3 eat normal days and then 4 50 cal days what do you think? will it work?
Any help/advice would be great
Hey, I haven't heard of the 5:2 diet but you could try the VLCD (very low calorie diet) threads as they have threads on low calorie diets - just make sure your getting a balanced diet to keep yourself healthy :) Are you just starting to diet? You could look at other diets and read other peoples stories to see whats best for you. Your starting weight changes the effectiveness of a diet. I am just doing Slimming World at home, but just really maintaining a healthy diet rather than extreme dieting xx

Hi Danielle, is it your first time doing the Cambridge Diet? You've come to the best place for support, honestly just keep at it and you will lose the weight you want :) Go onto the Cambridge diet thread and have a look how other people do it :) Keep going though you can do it :D
