I am new but not new to trying to lose weight. I have wanted to lose weight for ages but just end up getting really motivated then losing motivation. I am 5ft 2 and currently weigh 10st 8lbs. My goal weight is 8st 7lbs.

Which dieting regime are you going to follow? At least you don't have too much to lose altho' I know that any weight loss will be great.
