Hello everyone - long time reader, first time poster here!
I've been a member of minimins for quite a long time but haven't really posted before - I think I felt nervous about admitting my weight to other people, even online, at that point! I've decided to post now because I think that talking to other people who are on their own weight loss journeys might make me work harder to achieve my own goals!! :D
I'm hoping to do it through healthy diet, monitoring my calories, exercise at the gym and increasing the amount I walk! :-)
