Hi newbie here
I'm due to weigh in from my first week on a VLCD (shake that weight) in the morning and just wanted to say hi. I have found the first week really tough up until day 5 and then it seemed to get easier. I keep coming on here for motivation and it works! I have around 6 stone to loose to get to a healthy BMI but I would be chuffed to bits if I could get four off.
