Just weighed myself to get start weight and am well and truly disheartened to see I have hit 12st am usually floating somewhere around the high 11's guess the 2 birthdays in a week have taken their toll but ah well fresh start now! Am aiming to get to 10st which is what I was before getting pregnant. I really struggle with diets have tried Slimming World before but kept not counting syns and thinking well if I have this biscuit today it can count as tomorrows syns, but then having another biscuit the day after! So I am totally putting myself through boot camp, taking some fat burning ideas from the 6 weeks to OMG book but following the Slimming World eating plan because I don't know about you but I can't measure out 4 Iphones worth of carbohydrates :S
Anyway feel great to have joined you and hope this is the first step to actually losing some proper weight! (fingers crossed)
