I'm a 23yr old mummy with a 15month old little girl. I've lost all my pre-preg weight but I was heavier then I wanted to be when I got pregnant. So now is the time to lose it! My goal date is just before Christmas as that's when I'll see my partner again, he works abroad. I'm doing a low fat diet as I am breastfeeding my little one. Along with this exercise plays a big roll, I'm a runner :) Any tips and support welcome!
