I'm Kirsty and I'm 23. I started my journey in January and with the help of weight watchers have lost 2 stone. I've hit a brick wall and need a bit of extra support!!
Starting weight : 14 stone
Current weight : 11 stone 10lbs
Goal weight : 9 stone
well done on that 2 stone weight loss so far, I'm considering returning to WW, I haven't been since 2004, I got to goal back then, but I understand the plan has totally changed, how do you get on with it?? :)
I really like the new system !! I lost 6lbs in my first week and still managed a nando's! (Which btw if you don't have chips is relatively ok! )
You don't count fruit or veg but I've noticed that the weeks I've gone daft with fruit I've not lost. Works well if you're using the 'free' fruit to replace sweets though lol!
