I gotta be honest, I love food. I love all kinds of sweets, from candy to licorice but i want to weight loss please give me weight loss tips.

I love fooood, My down fall is eating all the food lol. It is hard, but you will know your self. Its all about good diet and exercise. A small amount of sweeties can be a weekly treat, or an every third week treat. You can do it! nothing that is easy is ever worth it. It might be a challenge, but it will be worth it.
Or if you're doing Slimming World you can have 15 syns worth of sweets/treats a day.
