Hello, hello - another newbie here!
Back on Slimming World and looking for some new inspiration to keep me on track. That's where you lot come in ;) Quite a lot of weight to shift - at least 4 stone (eek!) but if I could even lose a stone to start with I'd be happy.
So that's me! Looking forward to getting to know some of you x
I would make little goals, aim to loose something like at least 2lb a week. You will loose the first stone in no time :)
I don't know a lot about slimming world, I'm on a different diet. But good luck anyway :)
