Newbie to Minimins! Not a newbie to slimming... (or trying!)
I'm new here but definitely not new to slimming. Or as the title says, TRYING!
I have tried the cambridge diet, but found it just wasn't sustainable for me and piled on the 3st I lost straight after :sigh: Then I tried Weight Watchers and that also wasn't for me! The last stop was calorie counting and going to the gym - until... I gave that up too, oooops!
So 6 weeks ago, push came to shove and I decided Slimming World was the way forward, and I must say I love it! I have found a new passion for cooking, and lost 1st8.5lbs already - only another 6st to go!
I look forward to chatting amongst you all, and reading some of the great recipes I have already found...
