Cambridge for Christmas

Hi I'm Molly. Started cambridge a couple if days ago, coming to the end of day 3 on SS.
Not finding that I'm hungry, more trying to break the habit of just reaching for something in the kitchen. Have booked a ski trip for the 27th of December. I will be off plan over Christmas so would like to lose 3.7 stone by Christmas Eve!
I weighed in at 15.12 on monday so would like to be 12.5 - 12.7 going skiing. and my eventual goal weight is 11.5.
Small markers I have set for myself are
1) losing 10 pounds
2)losing my first stone
3)getting under 200 pounds, I am now 222
4)getting under 14 stone
5) getting under 13.7
6)getting under 13 stone
7)reaching 12.5 for Christmas!!!

I think these markers are important to keep motivation high as you feel like your constantly achieving rather than facing a huge bulk of 60+ pounds!

Haven't been tempted to break it yet still feeling very motivated so I hope this continues until Mondays weigh in! Hoping for 8-10 pound loss judging by others in week one!

You weigh pretty much bang on what I do! Except my goal is 10stone... although I've never been under 13st before so I guess I will see how I feel and try to avoid the bag of bones look!

I like your goals too. I think I need to do some sort of break down as well I've got 76lbs to lose and it sounds a little daunting put that way. A lot of people I've seen whilst browsing put their goals in their signatures and sort of tick them off? Up to you though

Oh I found you molly :D hello! Feeling cleaver with my self just realized the iPhone app has a search bar!!! The goals you have set are totally achievable and you will do it! Let me know how first wi goes! X

13.3 start weight 11.2 right now and going inwards and onwards! x
 
Hi, Molly! I love what you've done - setting small markers for yourself. I guess I'll also come up with my own mini-goals to keep me going. I easily get bored (and seriously, the will power isn't that strong) so I need to be constantly motivated.

You're doing really well. Congratulations for reaching your first weigh-in goal of losing 8lbs! :) Keep it up!

my goal eventually is 10'7 but the 12.5 is just hopeful for my next holiday!
