New SW member - hi!
Hi all, I just joined yesterday. My journey started when I was heavily pregnant with my son and I reached 14st - I promised myself that I would shed the weight for good having always been a little on the large side. With the help of a mixture of stress (family member's illness and subsequent bereavement), sw and breast feeding, I managed to lose over 3 stone in 6 months. Since then (the past 3 months) I stopped going to SW and have luckily managed to sts. I am trying to do SW from home but am struggling to keep focused.
My downfalls are not eating regular meals (I usually always skip breakfast and sometimes lunch) and my love of wine (which then leads to the munchies in the late evening).
I want to lose another 2+ stone so really need to get my bum in gear.
Hoping to get some support here :)
