Hi, I started the Paelo plan two weeks ago, so far haven't lost anything but will keep going. Plan to do it for 30 days then see how I feel!! Can it take a while to see results? I'm getting most of my recipes from Marks Daily Apple. I've tried most other diets but find the high protein, fat & low carb regime suits me as I'm less hungry - always a bonus!! How are all you Paeloists doing???
