Hoping to lose 10 stone on Exante...any tips?

Hello everyone.
This is my first post and first day on exante and to tell you the truth, I am really scared about being able to stick to this plan!
Is there anyone out there who has lost this much weight or jas any tips for making the sachets up?

Hi Hunnibubble, I've no experience of Exante but if you use the search function, it will throw up the latest posts on Exante & you might find someone in a similar situation.
