Newbie on slimming world
Just started back on slimming world. Any support appreciated I need to lose over 2 1/2 stone. Could do with recipe ideas etc. Also how do you make the little wight loss graphs as the bottom of your pages?
Its not my diet area, I know nothing about it. But there is a slimming world section. I'm sure you found it by now. Hope you get some helpful advice. See you around
Hello SuzyQ1, I would have a look through some of the tutorials, they tell you how to set up a ticker & your signature. You need 50posts to gain access to stuff like private messaging, this is easily achieved by playing word games you'll find in the chat section.
