Hi Minimins :) I have been using this site for a few months although tonight I finally started a food diary and this is my second post.. I am doing slimming world have attempted it so many times but end up sabotaging any losses from emotional eating, I absolutely love this plan it's the easiest I've come across and when I do stick at it I feel great.. So hoping my diary and you lovely people on here will help me stay strong :) I'm starting a fresh from tomorrow and would really love a 100% on plan week..
