    Newbie too

    Hello everyone.

Started on the Dukan 4 days ago. I don't celebrate Christmas and not a very social person, so the festive period shouldn't have much of an impact my dieting.
Ive got about 6 stones to lose which seems impossible to me at the moment, but it sure came on easy enough.
Diets going well so far, I'm sure most of it is water and all, however scales show 2kilos lighter.
I'm looking to meet others on this diet to give and get some support would be great to find peeps to share diaries with.

Good luck to everyone on their new diets.

    Newbie too

    Started cruise today.

Lost 2 kilos approx 4lb during attack. After reading about this phase I thought i would have lose more. Still its a loss. I feel better in ways that are really difficult to articulate and only dukan dietiers would probably know. I'm not bursting with energy or anything, but just a weird sensation like yeh everything will be ok... That is till I went on the scalers last night..

I sometimes weigh myself in the evenings, which made me literally cry last night, Id gained back all my loss, but this morning I was back to the same loss of 2 kilos. Madness I'm telling you.

I want to invest in some digital scales, mine do not show the small tiny pound losses. Or shall I just make do with mine?

I can get really impatient, I just want the weight off now! Lol don't we all. 2tbls of oat bran seems to make a huge difference to my satiety, I'm very grateful for this today.
I just need to keep off the scales I think.

Well that's me for now over and out.
