I'm a newbie to this site, and joined slimming world last week Tuesday. I had a miserable week and didn't stay on track one day. I realised that if I fail to plan then I plan to fail. So with that being said this week I aim to stay on track and record the things I eat! My SW consultant didn't explain the plan thoroughly so I'm learning day by day!
