I have rejoined today. I lost lots of wait a few years back and now what to shift some more weight.
I have one problem.....Monday to Friday I work away from home and my cooking equipment is just a microwave. Does anybody have any tips for eating healthily with a microwave only :sigh:
I am going to buy a hot plate to help.
