    Hi Everyone! I知 a newbie and in need of some serious motivation

    I joined SW last year and have lost nearly two stone. I've would like to say I have been doing SW for over a year, but it's been more just going to the SW weighing for the last 3 Months

    The weighing every week must have helped me maintain subconsciously because the highest I put on was a 3lb over a busy weekend then I've lost it again not really trying. I'm just starting to feel really unhealthy again and I have been unwell a lot lately, so I know I'm in need of getting my diet under control. I was hoping by using the forum it could give me some motivation to get back in to the SW lifestyle because I'm starting to think about giving up. I would be thankful for any help or tips x

    hey hun no matter what diet you do it doesn't matter please dont give up!! you will get there with the effort.. go to the gym prehaps to help with the weight loss..
    if you then have a crappy day the gym will help to wipe it out!! no really it does!!
