Hi all Its great to finally get on site and be able to post, have been following SW diet for 2.4 weeks and can't believe how much you can eat and still lose weight, haven't lost loads because I had been on and off calorie controlled diet since May 2012, really struggled and just yoyoed, gave up smoking four years ago and went from 8 to 11.3 in 6 months and was addicted to choccy crisps and cakes for the first time in my life, I was one of the ones who couldn't bear to gain an ounce.
Now I am following this Its great, I stick to 15 or less syns a day if I know wha t they are LOL Its the syns I find hardest to get to grips with but this site is ace, my weight in this morning on my*scales was 62.7 but .2 lighter at the docs scales do I deduct .2 every time.
My goal is 9 at the moment and I am 5.4 do would just like to be nearer my normal weight, do that's me.
