    Hello World!

    I'm new, this is my third attempt at a weight loss type forum. I've got 20lbs to lose. I try to follow a primal way of life but after nearly a year I've only lost 5-10lbs (depending on the day.)

    I have had severe adrenal exhaustion and because of that I haven't exercised much. I have tried to start several exercise programs but because of my extreme weakness I end up hurt or stuck in bed for a week. I am getting stronger (probably due to the lack of sugar and grains in my diet) but I am still not losing weight.
    I tried Atkins Induction phase years ago and I lost like 1lb in two weeks. Not encouraging at all!

    I'm going to try Atkins again only more primally. I'm on here because I'm hoping there is some people who can help me, encourage me, if you will.

    I don't really know how to use the forum but I'm going to read more of the newbie stuff soon.
