    Me

    Hello all, I am miserably over weight and desperate to get a healthy bmi again. I'm currently at 30 and am aiming to get to 25 in 6 months. Ill be combining an increase in fitness, a DVD 2 x a week plus one gym session with slimming world. I can't weigh into a class due to work and family commitments but will weigh in on here to give me that push to stay on the straight on narrow. Good luck to everyone embarking on a similar journey.
    Mini Goals:

    Get through first week.
    Get through second week.
    Loose a stone.
    Loose 2 stone.
    Loose 3 stone.
    Move up to step 2.


    Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels!

    Hi, I have just joined today too. Getting prepared for a new leaf (lol) in 2014. I'm 18st 2 currently, but will do my stats properly on the 1st Jan. I have as holiday in April and can't bear the thought of more humiliation on the beach......

    Hi all and thank you for commenting. We can all do this! I made contact with my sw leader today and have made arrangements to start tomorrow, work allowing so will get some stats tomorrow. I am going to set myself a mini goal of 1 stone in 7 weeks. 6 if I can manage it but I also want to loose it slowly so it doesn't come back! Hub is taking the kids to visit family next week so ill use the time to stock up on healthy food and get the fitness dvd's out. Good luck to you all. Here's to a healthy and slim us x
