    New start

    Hey, I've started slimming world today, tried it before but never been in the zone, really determined now so. I have 8st to loose! Any advice or tips would be much appreciated, I'm doing green and original, not sure about this EE yet xxx

    Hi, I'm getting back on the SW wagon after the New Year too! I like Green days too but EE is so flexible, give it a try even if it's just for one day. You'll be amazed at what you can eat! Good luck

    I'm joining a new group starting in the new year.. Feels appropriate.. So as of 02.01 I will be on a diet *gulp* I need to be held accountable.. And speak to people who actually need to watch what they eat (all my friends get to eat what they want in size 8s) I have 40lbs to loose x

    Hi,

    Sw is really good once you work out what a portion size is. I used it before and you can almost eat yourself thin on it. The best bit is the sync, which really help.

    I'm doing calorie counting this time, but based on sw green/red day foods. I'd like to get 3st off for a holiday after Easter...... Gulp��

    Good luck.. Sure it will be manageable if you keep on track I lost 2.5stone a year ago thanks to my fitness pal! Just bored with it now.. I need to be held accountable!
