It all starts today.

Starting my transformation today, and so far going well.....
I have done this before and lost 4 stone, but over the years and managed to find it all again.

So back with all the determination I need to not be ashamed of myself when going out.
This Christmas has been the worst in along time as my self esteem is really rock bottom.
My target goal is 4stone, then will see from there.

So wish me luck.
