My Last Shot at This!

Hi there everyone. Just downloaded the app this afternoon and just joined Slimming World tonight. Totally new to both the app and Slimming World, so be patient with me!
I will be 40 at the end of this year and I figure if I don't make a lifestyle change before then, I probably never will.
