    Hi all

    I am starting slimming world on Monday 6th Jan, I have tried all the other diets which ended up a disaster so I'm hoping this works, I am a vegetarian so would it be better for me to do the green day all the time ?? Please help !!!
    Start weight: 17'3
    week 1: -6lb
    week 2: +0.5lb
    week 3: -1lb
    week 4: SS

    Welcome aboard! Plenty of help and advice on here, sorry it's taken so long to reply. I'm not veggie but I do a few days a week just on green and sometimes I treat the green day like a red day if I'm having Quorn products for lunch at work and dinner at home. By that I mean that I just have Quorn balls , loads of salad , some cottage cheese and gherkins or beetroot but no other carbs like rice, pasta or spuds. You might find that you can do similar?
