Welcome aboard! Plenty of help and advice on here, sorry it's taken so long to reply. I'm not veggie but I do a few days a week just on green and sometimes I treat the green day like a red day if I'm having Quorn products for lunch at work and dinner at home. By that I mean that I just have Quorn balls , loads of salad , some cottage cheese and gherkins or beetroot but no other carbs like rice, pasta or spuds. You might find that you can do similar?
