As you've probably guessed, I'm 35 this year and I want to lose the weight once and for all. I have 8 months to lose as close to 5 stone as I am able.
After having my first son I lost 3 and a half stone but fell pregnant with my second. Now I'm back where I started.
My youngest son is 3 and a half now and over the past 3 years I've wavered back and forth. I lost two stone 2 years ago and hit a total roadblock, despite repeated attempts I haven't been able to find my way back.
I've recently changed jobs, from working in an office to auxiliary nurse. I walk at least 7 miles up and down the ward on a day shift, but have gained despite this, although have to admit that I haven't been on it food wise since starting my job in November, but I'm hoping the combination of the healthy eating and walking (I also walk 30 mins each way to and from work). I have gym membership too, so I'm going to put this into use again.
