Hi all, I'm Nicola, 32, mum of 2. I've had an overweight bmi since my first dd was born, I managed to loss 1.5 stone in 2012 and got into the healthy weight range. Unfortunately I lost my focus and it's all gone back on!!
So my goal is to shift 2 stone by Easter. I'm planning on going low carb and taking up running!
