    Hey!

    Hello! My name's Lowri and I'll be starting Slimming World on Wednesday. I'm not too sure what my exact weight is right now (I was about 15st and a half before Christmas but who knows how much I gained over the holiday) but I'm aiming for 10st7lb anyway. I've always been pretty heavy to compare with my friends and since my mam had so much luck with Slimming World a couple of years ago, I thought I'd give it a go. So yeah, I've been googling how many syns are in different foods and this forum kept cropping up so I figured I should just join up. I've very excited to become a part of the community here!

    Yeah, it's crazy how full I am yet still losing weight. Amazing! I actually ended up joining online and heck, first day gone well haha!

    Yes it is I've just been doing it for 2 weeks I'm doing it from home because of crazy hours at work I wouldn't be able to go to class. Loving it so far certainly don't feel deprived in any way

    Going good so far my mum and my sister have done slimming world for years so I have the book with all the info in from them. I tend to call them a lot asking about syns ha ha which I'm sure il get used to soon enough. Lost 7 pounds first week and 4 this week quite shocked to lose so much so quick. I find that as long as I prepare prepare prepare I'm ok I'm always thinking about my next meal as don't want to leave myself in the position where i don't have something available that isn't on plan. So far so good
