    Hi

    Hello, I am new here. I have just started my healthy eating today and going to start exercising tomo. I am not following any particular diet, just eating healthily. I am currently a UK size 22 and I would like to be at least a 14 again.

    Good luck with your diet, I'm about to start on mine and I think exercising is the key, my son would say you have to exercise whilst dieting to be successful and he's doing sports science at university so hopefully he knows what he's talking about, so I'm going swimming on Friday and going to build a daily walk into my routine

    Hello! I'm about a size 20/22 and I'm aiming for a size 14 too! I've been eating healthily since new year and I'm about to start a VLCD next week. Good luck!
