    Mind if I join in !

    Hi everyone
    This is my first time here but I regularly search the internet for recipes etc from here so thought I would join in !!!

    I'm a 41(ouch) mum of 4, staff nurse from Devon and am determined that 2014 will be MY year !!! I've done SW on and off over the years but the last couple of years losing it has certainly become harder !!! I am determined that this time when I get to my desired weight I am going to stick to it rather than going back to my old ways and putting it all back on !!! I have lots of the SW books and have a pretty good grasp on the whole plan but can't join a class as the only one I could realistically attend runs at 3 different times on a Thursday, I work 90% of Thursdays and do a 12.5hr shift so can't attend any of them !!! That means I'm gonna be popping on here asking for tips, sun values, ideas etc !!

    So that's me in brief oh other than to say I want to loose 2.5 stone !! Look forward to getting to know people.

    Hi Mandy I feel your pain I'm a nurse too the way I've got round it is I group hop I go to as many as I can at my group but when shifts don't permit I find another so I'm not tempted to think ohh well I missed weigh in on Monday lets just eat everything haha. I wish you the best of luck
