Hi, I am only new and trying it get my head around slimming world! A typical day is:
breakfast-- two fat free yoghurts, two bananas and a mandarin
lunch-- fruit salad which is Fat free yoghurt with strawberries, blackberries, grapes and raspberries
dinner salmon, peas, mushrooms and two medium sized potatoes.
snacks-- apples, small choc bar and yoghurt
am I following the guidelines properly??.
