hi everyone,

after many years of low self-esteem and unhealthy habits, i've come here to find some support for a lifelong healthy journey. i'm hoping to find a community of kind people here who can motivate me to stick to my goals.

i'm just starting to go to the gym 3x a week and try physical activity. i have issues with emotional eating and restricting, but i hope 2014 will the charm, and i can find strength to really love myself, get fit, and eat right. ultimately i have a goal of 20 lb loss, but i'm taking it slow for now and hoping to hit my 5 lb goal by early february.

can't wait to meet all of you and give support to you too.
