    Hi, im new to this.

    Hello everyone,

    I'm new to weight loss and going to try slimming world. I've got 2 stone to loose and I really need to get fit too so have joined a gym.

    I've got the starter pack off of eBay as now paying out gym membership I don't have the money to pay for slimming clubs too so doing it on my own but like the sound of the slimming world way. The books should be with me tomorrow as long as Royal Mail don't loose them.

    hey i only re joined slimming world last week and this as well i have joined the gym as well, but will be going to the classes for SW. But i think its a good thing you joined this website as i think you will get plenty of the support you will need, good luck x

    Week 1 - 14/07/2014 - (-6lbs) 14 st 5 lbs

    Good luck, you'll be surprised how much you can eat, it feels wrong at first that you'll lose when you have quite bulky meals but trust it.

    Hi, yes they came yesterday. Need to really sit and look at them. But with out following it to the letter I have lost 4lb this week. X
