    Hey hey names jaffa came across this site while surfing and thought i would give it a try to see if i could get any help and advice on weight loss food swapping and what not as wanting to change my life for the better..

    Have you decided which plan you're doing or are you just going to eat healthy?.

    The best advice I could give is find out what it is that makes you eat, for some it's boredom, others stress, some people just LOVE food! Once you find out, it's so much easier to tackle it head on. How much are you looking to lose, if you don't mind me asking.

    Hey cheers for the reply atm im just eating healthy and seeing what happens from there if it goes well or i get board then look at different things to do..

    I normally eat because im board, depressed normal really most of the times i wont be hungry i just eat to pass the time which im regretting now as i have put too much on..

    Im looking to lose hopefully 10-11 stone. i would weigh above what the doctors say i should be but i have always been big and been able to carry it well just now its gone abit too far but hoo well only my fault
