Greetings! Plateau for 10 weeks - advice or empathy out there?
Over the last 12 months I have lost a stone and just stayed there. I have another 3 stone to lose. But it ain't going anywhere. I have kept a food diary every week of 2013, with exception of 2 or 3. Now for the 10th week I have remained within a pound or two of where I'm stuck. A few months ago, I was 7lbs lighter, so am pretty cross with myself. My consultant says it's poss to lose 2 stone in 10 weeks, so how am I stuck in the same place for 10 weeks? I do a fair bit of exercise, but I am not a "muscle machine" weighing all heavy cos of my rippling muscles!
Humph! Anyone else reached an impasse?
