Hi I am new to this, I am hoping that joining this will give the the extra boost I need to be honest with myself about what I really put in my mouth....

I'm having the same problem! I usually only have tea in the evening and some snacks after. Don't usually eat brekkie or lunch so having to fit both in!
What plan are you following at the moment? If you're not sure on anything just ask. xx
