[SUB]hi all, I have just started the diet on the 17 jan and weighted in at 15s 6lL I have been on it a week now
And I have lost 9lL which is fantastic, but I am finding sticking to the shakes difficult are there any tip that
will take my mind off sandwich or a cuppa, [/SUB]
